Disappearance
At approximately 11:00 pm on August 29, 2026, Charles Noise was last seen at The Blossoms at North Little Rock Rehab & Nursing Home, located at 2501 John Ashley Drive in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
He was reported missing to the North Little Rock Police Department around 2:00 am on August 30.
Charles suffers from Alzheimer’s, Type 2 Diabetes, Kidney Disease, and Depression, and may become combative.
Investigation
Searches of the area around the facility have been conducted with the help of K9 units, drones, and ATVs, but no further clues as to his whereabouts have been found.
North Little Rock police have not provided additional information on how Noise was able to leave the facility.
Appearance
Black male with grey/partially grey hair and brown eyes. Charles stands 5’11 tall and weighs 180 pounds. He wears eyeglasses.

Charles was last seen wearing a blue plaid jacket, dark colored shoes, and a baseball hat.
