Around 3:00 pm on Saturday, a human skull was found on the Spirit lake Reservation during a search for missing 27 year old Isaac Hunt. The search was put together by Hunt’s family.
The remains have not yet been identified. Law enforcement secured the scene, and the exact location has not been released to protect the investigation.
The discovery comes 9 days after the body of Spirit Lake tribal member Danica “Tynee” White was in a body of water on the Reservation.
Hunt disappeared in March 2024, and was last seen leaving his father’s home in Saint Michael, North Dakota. He got into a brown Chevy Tahoe and hasn’t been seen or heard from since.
Isaac was last seen wearing a gray Reebok pullover hoodie, black jacket, dark blue jeans, white Nikes, a white Adidas hat, and 2 diamond earrings.
