25 year old Suzie Escobedo was last seen in Seadrift, Texas on August 2, 2018. She disappeared from her mobile home in the 100 block of Loop Road and hasn’t been heard from since.
Background
Suzie Escobedo was born on May 12, 1993. At the time of her disappearance living with her husband and children in a mobile home located in the 100 block of Loop Road in Seadrift, Texas.
She had recently quit her job as a waitress at the La Terraza restaurant after having her baby.
She was especially close with her mother who was visiting Mexico at the time of her disappearance. Her loved ones say being a mom was a huge part of her life, and that she would never abandon her children.
Disappearance
On August 2, 2018, Suzie Escobedo was last seen at her mobile home in the 100 block of Loop Road in Seadrift, Texas. She had been texting with a few relatives, but all contact stopped after 1:00 pm.
When Suzie’s husband arrived home from work he found their four month old son alone, drinking from a bottle.
Suzie was reported missing to the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office shortly after 7:00 pm.
Investigation
Suzie Escobedo’s cell phone, wallet, and other personal belongings were left behind at home.
Police searched the mobile home and gathered fingerprints, but none of the results have been made public.
Investigators interviewed her husband, but he has not been named a suspect in her case. They were able to verify that he was at work until his shift ended at 7:00 pm.
In the year following her disappearance numerous searches were conducted by The Texas Rangers, Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office, Texas Equusearch and Texas Parks and Wildlife, but no clues as to her whereabouts were found.
Authorities do not believe Suzie left on her own, and believe she was met with foul play.

The location of Suzie Escobedo, as well as the circumstances surrounding her disappearance, remains unknown.
Foul play is suspected in her case. The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office is offering a reward of $500-1000 for information on her whereabouts.
Appearance
Hispanic female born on May 12, 1993. Suzie has brown hair, brown eyes, stands 5’5 tall, and weighs 140 pounds. She has a small scar on her upper left arm.
