Season 11 of Disappeared is set to premiere on Sunday, August 20 at 10 pm est. on Investigation Discovery. It will be available to stream on Discovery+ the same day.
The new season will showcase individuals who seemingly vanished without a trace, featuring interviews with their loved ones and investigators who worked on their cases.
The first episode is a special two hour premiere focusing on The Bradley Sisters who disappeared from their Bronzeville apartment in Chicago in the summer of 2001.
On July 6, 2001, 3 year old Diamond Bradley and 10 year old Tionda Bradley left a note for their mother saying they were going to the store and a playground nearby. The girls never returned home and haven’t been seen since.
The family believes they were taken by someone they knew, casting doubt on the note allegedly written by Tionda. Family members say the spelling and grammar was too perfect for a girl of Tionda’s age, and that Tionda would have called her mother rather than leave a note.
Over the years there has been many potential leads, including a young woman in Texas who claimed to be Diamond earlier this year. The FBI has since started the process of checking DNA samples on the woman to see if she is Diamond, though the family has been told results might take up to six months.
Investigators say the search for the Bradley sisters might be the largest missing person investigation and longest continuous search nationwide, yet there’s still no sign of the girls.
If you have any information regarding the Bradley sisters please contact the Chicago Police Department at 312-747-5789.
Episodes from the previous 10 seasons of Disappeared are available for streaming now on Discovery+.
I am soooo glad it’s coming back for another season.
Will it come to UK.
You would need to contact someone in the UK for that information.
Disappeared remains THE BEST at telling the stories of those who have vanished. Please keep this great program going’.
IT NEEDS CHRISTOPHER CRTUCHFIELD WALKER’S NARRATION.
S11E02 is bizarre.
I may be proven wrong, but in many cases, it’s a weak (including corrupt/compromised, but I’m not implying that in this case) police force and investigation that causes so many of these “mysteries.”
It seems that Harper could have been possibly arrested and convicted. Many of the mysteries we all fixate on are legitimate, but perhaps, this isn’t one of them.
Poor job of comprehensively reporting, Disappeared.
Any True Crime show that concludes with a psychic (for real???), i.e., Maura Murray, implies the production didn’t air all the facts for one reason or another.
This episode should not have been aired.
Very embarrassing for Disappeared. Typically, this show’s mandate is to seek out a truly missing person. In this case it’s almost obvious, Harper is the killer. This should have been on a different platform. Perhaps, unsolved mysteries, absurd police departments, etc.
Please keep Disappeared clean for real missing people.
Thank you.
She’s missing. No dead body = missing. You’re making assumptions.
