Human remains found on the edge of Lake Pueblo State Park have been identified as Adam Armstrong, an at risk adult who went missing in July.
Armstrong was last seen at his home in in Pueblo West, Colorado on July 13, 2026.

The Disappearance of Adam Armstrong
On July 13, 2026, Adam Armstrong left for work around 6:00 am. He returned to his Pueblo West home, located in the area of Liberty Point International and Harmony Drive, around 4:00 pm.
Adam works as a school custodian in Pueblo County School District 70.
At approximately 3:00 pm on July 14, 2026, a relative came to his house to pick him up for work, but Adam was nowhere to be found.
His cell phone, wallet, and keys were found inside his residence. Nothing suspicious was found inside that would indicate foul play.
Adam is partially non-verbal and considered at risk. He enjoys going on long nature walks and to the nearby Walmart, according to family.
