Disappearance
Phillip Stiltner was last seen around 1:30 pm on March 27, 2025, at his home on Longford Road in Kimper, Kentucky. He hasn’t been seen or heard from since.
Stiltner has dementia and walks with a limp.
On March 28, 2025, the Kentucky State Police issued a Golden Alert for Phillip.
Golden Alerts are issued for any missing person 18 years or older or who has a mental or cognitive impairment, specifically if the persons health and well being is at risk.
Investigation
Phillip’s cane and car were left behind at home. The only medication he had with him when we disappeared was the nitroglycerin in his shirt pocket.
According to his calendar, Phillip took his blood pressure medication around 7:00 am on March 27, 2025.
The last contact Stiltner had with his family was on March 26, 2025, the day before he went missing.
Community members have come together to help search for Phillip, with the help of 4 wheelers and dogs, but no further clues as to his whereabouts have been found.
Appearance
81 year old white male with brown eyes. Phillip stands 5’9 tall and weighs 185 pounds. Stiltner had hip replacement surgery 20 years ago and walks with a limp.

Phillip was last seen wearing a button up shirt and blue jeans.
