41-year-old Nicole Baldwin was last seen in Mount Dora, Florida on November 2, 2023. She disappeared from her family home, just a day after celebrating her daughter’s 20th birthday.

Background

Nicole Heike Baldwin is married to Brett Baldwin. She is a mother of three children, ages 20, 14, and 11.

At the time of her disappearance she was living with her family in a home on Strathmore Circle in the Lancaster subdivision of Mount Dora, Florida.

According to her family, Nicole suffered from mental health issues and was taking medication for anxiety and depression.

Disappearance

On November 1, 2023, Nicole Baldwin celebrated her daughter’s 20th birthday.

On November 2, 2023, Nicole was last seen by her daughter at home in Mount Dora, Florida around 11:30 pm. He daughter says nothings seemed out of the ordinary.

Nicole walked out of the family home in a nightgown and no shoes that evening and hasn’t been heard from since.

On November 5, 2023, her family filed a missing persons report with the Mount Dora Police Department when they couldn’t contact her.

Investigation

Nicole left all of her personal belongings behind at home, including her smart watch, purse, bank cards, and car.

Nicole’s husband Brett Baldwin moved to Wildwood from Mount Dora following his wife’s disappearance, with plans to move to North Carolina in the near future.

On December 12, 2023, Brett Baldwin was arrested for possession of obscene material after police found child pornography on his cell phone while executing a search warrant at his home.

In June 2026, Mount Dora police searched a Deltona retention pond on DeBary Avenue for evidence related to Nicole’s disappearance.

Whereabouts

A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to Nicole Baldwin’s discovery.

The circumstances of Nicole’s disappearance remain unclear and her case is currently classified as missing. Her case remains unsolved.

Appearance

Physical Description:
White female with brown/blonde hair and hazel eyes. Nicole is 5’5 tall and weighs 135 pounds.

Distinctive Physical Features:
Nicole has multiple tattoos including her children names with three hearts on her upper right arm, a sleeve of flowers on her left arm, a star and scroll design on her lower back, “Live the life you love, Love the life you live” on her right back, “RIP Mom Until we meet again” with an infinity heart on her upper right leg, and a heart and “forever” on her right foot.

Clothing and accessories:
Nicole was last seen wearing a pink nightgown (pictured above) and no shoes.
