The Disappearance of Conor Anderson
On August 15, 2026, Conor Anderson flew from Colorado to Nashville and checked into the Millennium Maxwell House around 4:28 pm. He was in Nashville for a work conference.
Just after 1:00 am on August 16, 2026, Conor flagged down two East Precinct Police officers near Woodland and Main Streets about an interaction he had with a group of men outside a bar.
Conor told the officers he met a man inside a bar before the group went outside. He says he asked the man to show him around the neighborhood and gave him $20. He says they then demanded another $20 from him and threatened him with violence.
Body camera footage shows Conor struggling to recall the exact sequence of events.
Officers told him his story wasn’t making any sense and noted he appeared intoxicated. They told him they’d need his driver’s license to make a formal report, but Conor declined to provide it.
The officers encouraged him to order a rideshare and return to his hotel. Conor agreed and walked off, according to police.
However, Conor never returned to his hotel room, and hasn’t been seen since.
Investigation
Officers were unable to pinpoint exactly what time Conor left the hotel on August 15 after reviewing surveillance footage, as he may have exited with a large group of people.
Investigators are currently reviewing surveillance footage and photos from the area, as well as bank records to try and determine where Conor may have gone.
