I agree , and also why did the family member not wait with her until the person arrived , could have been a set- up , to be used as a ” Drug Mule or Human Trafficking ” ? .
Was anything found on her computer that cold be of any use to the investigation ? .

      Hi,
I’m her sister, no nothing was found as the sheriff’s department said they can only pull up IP addresses but aren’t able to see the messages that have been sent to and from Melissa. The sheriff’s department had to get a subpoena to even get the IP addresses from Facebook. The other person was already there, supposedly waiting inside. We have been at that place to ask the manager about their cameras and everything else. It’s sad that people just think everyone is stupid or dumb. Not everyone thinks of everything bad. It’s still someone’s life regardless are to what they do or who they met. She has family like the rest of y’all do.

Dumb? Really? Wow, how ignorant are you? Nobody said “just met online” the article read “she had been communicating with someone online”. That’s my sister.

Honestly I can’t believe how much the sheriff’s office says they can’t do .. If someone had stolen something and sold it on Facebook I guarantee they could then pull more then just ip addresses they’d get those exact messages as evidence to convict the bad guy. I’m sorry Jenn I have your whole family in my prayers.

Thank you!! We heard more stuff but Sheriff’s department says it’s all “hear say” until they find her body, if they do. Or her at all, then it’s a crime. It’s devastating and I don’t care what people say, she’s my sister no matter what she did or didn’t do.

No ma’am we have not. It’s disheartening to know that people know what happened to her but aren’t speaking up.

Meaning someone saw something and isn’t reporting it. Nobody just vanishes without someone else involved.
