Disappearance
On March 9, 2021, Marquise Burns, aka Boogie, spent the day visiting family, driving his early 2000s gray/silver four door Dodge Caliber.
He stopped by his mothers house in Ypsilanti, Michigan at 10am, and left around 1pm when she had to leave for work.
Marquise was then reportedly going to head to Detroit before coming back later to take his sister to the store.
He visited another sister in Inkster that afternoon, and his last contact with family was at 2:52 pm.
Marquise Burns hasn’t been seen or heard from since.
Investigation
Burns’ family say it’s uncharacteristic of him to not be in close communication with them.
According to police, Marquise was last seen near River Rouge Park in Detroit on March 9, 2021.
Community volunteers canvassed the area, with the help of K9 units and drones, but found no clues as to his whereabouts.

The location of Marquise Burns, as well as the circumstances surrounding his disappearance, remains unknown. His case is classified as endangered missing and remains unsolved.
Appearance
Marquise has black hair, brown eyes, stands 6’3 tall, and weighs 160 pounds.
He had collar length dreadlocks at the time of his disappearance.

Marquise was last seen wearing a black jogging suit with black, gray, purple and orange Air Max shoes.
