Disappearance

Disappearance of Kelly Evans

Kelly Evans was last seen at her rural home in Faulkner County, in the area of 275 White Oak Road in Enola, Arkansas.

On October 14, 2017, Kelly’s last contact with family was with her daughter via text message. The texts stopped later that night.

Kelly hasn’t been seen or heard from since. Her daughter went to her home a few days later, but Kelly was gone.

Investigation

Kelly left all of her personal belongings behind at home, including her wallet. She only took her purse with her, a black and white zebra stripe bag.

Although she liked to spend time alone, her family says she would never disappear like this on her own.

Grid searches were conducted in the area surrounding Kelly’s home, but no clues as to her whereabouts were found.

On October 22, 2017, a woman matching Kelly’s appearance was reportedly spotted on Highway 225 East walking toward Greenbrier. She was wearing a hat, blue jeans, and carrying a black and white zebra-stripe purse. The woman was gone by the time police arrived to verify the sighting.

In 2020 investigators returned to Kelly’s property for another search, this time with the help of cadaver dogs and drones, but no evidence indicating her location was found.

Foul play is not suspected, but the circumstances of Kelly’s disappearance remain unknown.
