24 year old Kamesha Williams was last seen in Byhalia, Mississippi on August 8, 2009. She disappeared after leaving her friend’s home on her bicycle.
Background
At the time of her disappearance, Kamesha was living with her grandmother and two young children in Mississippi near the Tennessee border.
Disappearance
At 11:00 am on August 8, 2009, Kamesha Williams was last seen riding her bicycle away from her friend’s trailer in Byhalia, Mississippi.
Kamesha never made it home, and hasn’t been heard from since.
Investigation
About 12 hours after Kamesha was last seen her cell phone was used to make a call to a male acquantaince in Memphis, Tennessee. The call was made near the Mississippi/Tennessee border, close to where Kamesha lived.
It’s unknown if Kamesha placed the call, or if someone else had possession of her phone. The phone hasn’t been used since.
Whereabouts
The location of Kamesha Williams, as well as the circumstances surrounding her disappearance, remains unknown. Her case is classified as missing and remains unsolved.
Appearance
African American female with black hair and brown eyes. Kamesha stands 5’7 tall and weighs 115 pounds.
She has several tattoos; her name on her left leg, “KAMARI” on her right forearm, and “Mariuna” on her right leg.
Clothing & Accessories:
Kamesha was last seen wearing a purple tank top, blue jeans, a gold and white purse, and white Reebok sneakers.
