Get your facts straight. Family friend not stepmother. It has never been confirmed she was walking on VOA Rd. Her last confirmed clothing is a grey tank dress and black sandals. Foul play is highly suspect and the lead Sheriff has delayed, sidetracked and sidelined her case.
