Case Information
23 year old Ieshia Jackson was last seen in El Dorado, Arkansas on November 4, 2020. She disappeared after returning home from a trip to Texas with a relative.
Background
Ieshia Jackson was born on November 17, 1997. She has sickle cell anemia and may be in need of medical assistance.
Disappearance

Just prior to her disappearance, Ieshia Jackson went on a trip to Houston, Texas with a family member.
At approximately 9:00 pm on November 4, 2020, Ieshia Jackson was last seen in El Dorado, Arkansas when she was dropped off at her apartment on South Roselawn by a relative.
When her mother later went to check on her at her apartment she found the door cracked open. Her cell phone and wallet were inside, but Ieshia was nowhere to be found.
Investigation
Evidence shows that Ieshia had contact with a few people after returning to El Dorado from Texas, but those details have not been made public by police.
She does not have a driver’s license or own a vehicle.
In December 2020, two men were arrested in connection with Ieshia’s disappearance — Semajee Dismuke, 23, and Kenneth Earl Lee, 46.
Dismuke was charged with capital murder, kidnapping and an enhanced penalty for engaging in criminal group activity.
According to police, Dismuke and Jackson once had a relationship. Just prior to her disappearance, Ieshia reported that her home had been broken into several times and identified Dismuke as being one of the men.
El Dorado police haven’t given further details, citing the fact that the case is still being investigated. They did say they obtained evidence linking Dismuke to the alleged crime.
“Based off our information the possibility of making further arrests is quite possible. It does seem like we may have another person involved besides Mr. Dismuke,” Captain Scott Harwell said.
Lee was charged with extortion or theft of property for allegedly soliciting $8,000 from the family for information on Jackson’s whereabouts. Police do not believe he was directly involved in her disappearance.
In February 2021, Dismuke was released after authorities failed to file formal charges within 60 days.
In February 2023, Dismuke was sentenced to prison for second degree sexual assault and sexual indecency with a child.
Police have not said whether he is still considered a suspect in Ieshia’s disappearance.

I REALLY wish the correct timeline on Ieshia Jackson’s disappearance would be reported. She was last seen on October 31, 2020 NOT November 4th. Why the date difference? Ask El Dorado PD.
Also ask them why the last two people to see her alive have never been listed as persons of interest despite their conflicting stories about the events leading up to her disappearance.
Ask them why the original captain was replaced after he told at least two people that they DID NOT have confirmation on her alleged trip to Houston.
