Disappearance

At the time of his disappearance, Fredrick Workman was living at a youth facility in Des Moines, Iowa.

On August 2, 2013, Fredrick disappeared from the youth facility where he was living. The facility reported him missing to the Des Moines Police Department that same day.

Neither his family or friends have heard from him since. Fred may have gone to the Newton, Iowa area and may be using the last name Shields.

Fredrick suffers from Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) and requires medication.

Investigation

Fred’s probation officer told him he needed to compete his program before he could return home, which may have led to him leaving on his own accord.

Appearance

White male with blonde hair and blue eyes. At the time of his disappearance, Fredrick stood 5’5-5’7 tall and weighed 145 pounds. He has a scar under his chin.

Clothing & Accessories:
Fredrick was last seen wearing an orange t-shirt with gold writing, skinny jeans, and black and blue Nike high top sneakers.
