The fiance of Tiffany Foster, the Georgia mother of three whose been missing since 2021, has been charged with murder, according to WSB TV.
Foster was last seen in Newnan, Georgia on March 1, 2021. She disappeared while out running errands.
Her fiance, Reginald Robertson, was arrested in April of 2021 on charges of kidnapping and aggravated assault for a domestic violence incident that occurred in November 2020 with Tiffany Foster as a victim.
Earlier today it was announced that Robertson had been charged with felony murder, malice murder, concealing death of another, rape, kidnapping, false imprisonment, forgery, financial card theft and financial card fraud.
Foster’s body still has not been found, but investigators say they have enough evidence to confirm that she has died.
The Disappearance of Tiffany Foster
35-year-old Tiffany Foster was last seen in Newnan, Georgia on March 1, 2021. She disappeared after leaving her apartment to run errands.
At the time of her disappearance, Tiffany Foster was living at Creekside At White Oak, an apartment complex on Lakeside Way in Newnan, Georgia. She is the mother of three children.
Foster worked as a security guard at Hello Fresh in Coweta County. She was studying criminal justice at Georgia Military College with plans to work in law enforcement.
On March 1, 2021, Tiffany Foster was last seen by her fiance, Reginald Robertson, when she left her residence in Newnan, Georgia to run errands at the grocery store.
Tiffany Foster never returned home and hasn’t been heard from since. She missed her college classes the next day.
On March 2, 2021, Reginald Robertson filed a missing person’s report with the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office when Tiffany failed to return.
On March 5, 2021, Tiffany did not show up for her scheduled shift at work.
On March 8, 2021, Tiffany’s vehicle, a 2020 dark blue Nissan Atima with temporary Georgia license plate P1996240, was found abandoned in College Park, Georgia, about thirty miles away from her residence.
On March 11, 2021, Tiffany missed a planned flight to Texas.
Investigation
Authorities found Tiffany’s personal belongings inside her vehicle, including her purse, debit card, and keys to her home, but her cell phone was missing.
Tiffany’s phone was last active at 2:58 pm on March 1, 2021, in a location north of Amlajack Boulevard in White Oak, Georgia.
Reginald Roderick Robertson
44 year old Reginald Robertson told authorities that he was at home with TIffany’s children when she left to run errands.
On April 8, 2021, Robertson was arrested for stealing Tiffany’s car and moving it to College Park after her disappearance. The theft charge was subsequently dropped.
On April 21, 2021, Robertson was arrested on charges of kidnapping and aggravated assault for a domestic violence incident that occurred in November 2020 with Tiffany Foster as a victim.
Reginald Robertson is currently being held without bond in the Coweta County Jail.
On August 3, 2023, it was announced that Reginald Robertson was charged with felony murder, malice murder, concealing death of another, rape, kidnapping, false imprisonment, forgery, financial card theft and financial card fraud.
Tiffany’s body has not been found, but prosecutors say they have enough evidence to confirm that she has died.
