Background

Eva is the youngest of 16 siblings and is originally from Tuskegee, Alabama. She has bipolar disorder and is classified as disabled. Her condition may cause her to become confused and disoriented.

Disappearance

At approximately 1:30 am on July 4, 2017, Eva Allen was last seen leaving her home, located at 3669 Snapfinger Road in Lithonia, Georgia. She hasn’t been seen since.

Allen lived in a group home, as she required around the clock care. She was struggling with mental health issues at the time, according to her daughter.

Eva’s daughter continued trying to get in touch with her mother through her cell phone until July 9, 2011, when it died. Records show Allen’s phone was still being used during this time, though no one answered incoming calls. The phone dialed 1-2-3 repeatedly, indicating possible confusion.
