Authorities believe he may have been spotted near State Route 22 in Lebanon County at 5:30 pm that same day.
Colunga drives a maroon 2019 Toyota Rav4 with Pennsylvania plate #LND-0718.
Police say he may be at special risk for harm or injury, and may be in a confused state. At the time of his disappearance, Colunga was living in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to Colunga’s location and/or the arrest of the person(s) responsible for his disappearance.
