47 year old Edith Claver was last seen in Renton, Washington on November 27, 2009. She was last seen walking in the 200 block of Hardie Avenue around 7:00 pm.

Background

Claver is originally from a tribe in British Columbia and lived in Des Moines, Washington at the time of her disappearance. According to investigators, Claver may be schizophrenic. 

She goes by her middle name, Margaret.

Disappearance

Around 7:00 pm on November 27, 2009, Edith Clever was last seen walking away from the Ukranian Christian Center in the 200 block of Hardie Avenue in Renton, Washington.

She disappeared while on her way to the Tuliap Steakhouse. 

The following day, a maintenance worker at the Ukranian Christian Center found Edith’s wallet, keys, ID card, and a small amount of cash “neatly stacked” near a dumpster on the north side of the church.

Investigation

The circumstances surrounding Edith’s disappearance are unclear, but police say foul play is possible.

Investigators obtained search warrants for all records regarding her e-mail account from October-December 2009.

Both of her vehicles were found at her residence.

Appearance

Native American female born on September 6, 1962. Edith has black hair, brown eyes, stands 5’5 tall, and weighs 150 pounds. She has a scar through her left eyebrow and scars on both lower legs.

Clothing & Accessories:
Edith was last seen wearing a blue pullover fleece shirt, blue jeans, sneakers, and a gold ring with the word “Love.”
