56 year old David Uhl was last seen in Priest Lake, Idaho on September 21, 2010. He hasn’t been seen or heard from since.
Disappearance
On September 21, 2010, David Uhl was last seen in Priest Lake, Idaho. He never returned home, and hasn’t been seen since.
It is believed he may have become lost or injured while hunting in the area.
According to his son, David would sometimes go off and do his own thing, so his family wasn’t initially too concerned when he didn’t return.
Investigation
On October 8, 2010, David’s vehicle was found by a Department of Lands employee. It was found by Wigwam Trail, on the the south side of a mountain in the Priest Lake State Forest. There was a half cup of coffee sitting inside.
The discovery of the vehicle was not linked to David until October 26, 2010, after Uhl was reported missing.
Searches of the area turned up no further clues as to his whereabouts.
Appearance
White male with brown hair and blue eyes. David stands 5’6 tall and weighs 150 pounds. He wears eyeglasses.
