Disappearance
David Middleton was transported to the UC Medical Center in Cincinnati and released from the emergency department on December 17, 2025. He hasn’t been seen or heard from since.
Middleton has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and there’s concern for his well being. He was last known to be working construction in the Over-the-Rhine area.
“I’m just afraid that he went wandering somewhere when he was released, and like I said, it’s cold out, and I don’t know where he would’ve wandered to,” his daughter, Tiffany Middleton, told FOX 19.
Appearance
White male born on September 18, 1968. David has blue eyes and salt and pepper color hair. He usually goes by Dave.
