Disappearance
At approximately 2:00 pm on March 22, 2024, Charles Lamkin walked out of the Audubon Hospital through the ambulance entrance.
On March 23, 2024, he was seen in the 3000 block of Poplar Level Road. On March 25 and 26th he was spotted in the area of Preston Highway and Parkway drive. He may be traveling on foot towards Shepherdsville, Kentucky.
Authorities believe Lamkin may be in the Audobon Park area.
Charles has a history of mental illness and may appear disoriented as he is without his necessary psychoactive medication.

The location of Charles Lamkin, as well as the circumstances surrounding his disappearance, remains unknown. His case is classified as endangered missing and remains unsolved.
Appearance
38 year old male with red/auburn hair and brown eyes. Charles stands 5’10 tall and weighs 160-165 pounds. He had a beard at the time of his disappearance.
He has several tattoos; a deer hear on his right forearm, a grim reaper skull on his left shoulder, and a black hatchet on the right rib area of his torso.
Clothing & Accessories:
Charles was last seen wearing and orange Under Armour hoodie, light grey sweatpants with a UPS logo on the left leg, and cowboy boots.
