Disappearance
Around 7:30 pm on September 11, 2019, Caroline Norris was last seen leaving her home in the 1100 block of NW 103rd Street. She told her family she was going to walk to a nearby convenience store.
The store she was headed to is only a block away from her home. She hasn’t been seen or heard from since.
Caroline is partially blind and uses a red and black walker to help her navigate around. It is believed she has been a victim of foul play.
Appearance
Black female with brown hair and grey eyes. Caroline stands 5’3-5’5 tall and weighs 150-165 pounds. She was wearing a long black wig when she went missing and her eyes are grey due to advanced cataracts.
She has cat paw tattoos over each breast, and “Jenard” or Janard” tattooed on one shoulder.
Clothing & Accessories:
Caroline was last seen wearing a burgundy dress and gold sandals. She was using her red and black walker and is known to wear costume jewelry.
