Angela was last seen on September 1, 2021 in Mena, Arkansas. At 6:35 am she was captured on surveillance video at the local EZ Mart.
She was reportedly in the process of helping a friend move that day, but all communication with her stopped by that evening.
On September 8, 2021, she was reported missing to the Mena Police Department.
Investigation
On September 5, 2021, Angela’s car was found abandoned on Two Mile Creek Road off Polk Road 78 near Potter.
Her personal belongings including her purse, cell phone, car keys, drivers license, and social security card were left behind in the vehicle.

In what condition was her car found in , was there any other tire tracks were her car was found ? .
Was her car found in an isolated area , or near to a built – up area , that she left her belongings in the car , believing that it was secure enough to do so ? .
Was somebody watching them pack the car ‘ s , to take small personal items to the new place of residence , believing it was of significant value ? .
Did someone not offer her a lift , and that the crime took place else where ? .
Did her and her friend that she was helping , decide to go out for something to eat ? .
How far was the new residence from the old residence , how far does Angela stay from the new residence / old residence ? .
Did anybody stay at the new residence to receive any belongings at the new residence ? .
Was it a well – known removal company that was used to relocate her friend ? .
Great questions! I just found this platform and I’m stoked. I follow cases in Missouri, Arkansas and Tennessee. I have some friends in Mena. And I’m aware of some long-term cases there. I suspect that the proximity to Oklahoma and Kansas could also play a role? And of course, drugs are often in the mix as well. And I almost always assume a man or men are involved as well.
I personally knew her. Yes she was on drugs. But her crazy ex husband John Fagan was most likely involved. He lived or still does live around the area her car was found. But Polk county doesn’t. Do much searching on drug addict. Or even recovering ones. But unless Polk search every inch of the woods if she was murdered, they most likely will never be able to locate her.(alive or her body).
